Program:

► 23rd April, Thursday- 3 PM - Ultimate Triathlon Athlete Village officially opens
► 24th April, Friday- 8 AM to 10 AM - Practice Swim,
► 24th April, Friday- 10 AM to 4 PM - Expo & BIB collection at the Ultimate Triathlete Village
► 24th April, Friday- 4PM to 5PM - Mandatory Athlete Briefing and Cycle check-in (T1 - Transition 1)
► 25th April, Saturday- Pre start Snacks & Race Day
► 25th April, Saturday - Brunch & Departure (for those not staying back)
► 25th April, Saturday- 7pm onwards, Celebratory Dinner
► 26th April, Sunday- Breakfast & Departure

Facilities at Village:

Tents and bedding, bathrooms and toilets, three meals, morning & evening tea during the duration of your stay.

Stay options:

Ultimate Triathlete Village is being prepared at the venue itself. Village can accommodate up to 100 people in tents on sharing basis and is optional, you may opt for hotel & lodges at nearby towns. The major hotels are in Nadaun, Dehra, Chintpurni, Jwalamukhi. Also large number of hotels in Heritage Villages of Paragpur and Garli.

Travel options (How to reach event venue):

By Road- By Car (8 hrs drive from Delhi), By Bus (many options including overnight journey by Volvo buses)
By Train- Train till Amb after that taxis or buses
By Air- Event venue is 3hrs drive away from Kangra (Gaggal) Airport

Clothing:

Days are pleasant and nights cold during that time of month.

Activities at Ultimate Survival Campsite:

This campsite is some 30Kms away. Good for Forest Walk, Hiking, Rafting, Camping & more

Explore Kangra Valley and nearby places:

Visit Jwalaji Temple, Beas River, Kangra Fort, Macleodganj, Dharamshala, Palampur, Barot Valley, Bir, Chamunda Temple or Baijnath.
